Deer Lake Boat Rentals since 1972

Deer Lake Boat Rentals is a family friendly business that rents  canoes, kayaks, pedal boats, and rowboats on a small lake in Burnaby  (close to Vancouver), British Columbia, Canada since 1972.

Reservations Recommended

Reservations, waivers and payments can be done online and are highly recommended.  Hit the "Make A Reservation" button to start the process.  You can also arrive without a reservation as we also have a number of boats available for walk-up customers.

What to bring

You don't need to bring anything as all the needed equipment (lifejackets and paddles/oars) are included with your boat rental. If you would like, you can supply your own Canadian coast guard approved lifejackets and paddles.  Safety is our number one priority. We have all the necessary safety equipment and qualified competent staff to assist in providing you and your group with a truly amazing experience. 

World rivers day

The official trailer of Last Paddle? 1000 Rivers, 1 Life has been released in honour of the upcoming World Rivers Day and the  feature length film is due out later this fall. This inspirational and visually stunning documentary  from the producers of RiverBlue chronicles the personal journey of renowned river advocate Mark Angelo who has paddled more than 1000  rivers in well over 100 countries; perhaps more than any other individual.
