Deer Lake Boat Rentals is located at 5435 Sperling Avenue, Burnaby, BC, V5E 2T2.  Our closest intersection is Sperling Avenue and Hampstead Place.

We are located in central Burnaby, just a twenty-minute drive from Downtown Vancouver.  It is the perfect place to relax and relieve the stress of everyday life. Our location is very accessible by car and public transit with lots of free parking for buses and vans.

From Downtown Vancouver:

• Take 1st Ave or Grandview Highway to Trans-Canada Highway (Route 1) eastbound.
• Enter Trans-Canada Highway heading east/south.
• Take Exit 33 southbound onto Kensington Ave.
• Turn left (eastbound) onto Canada Way.
• Turn first right (southbound) onto Sperling Ave.

From North and West Vancouver:

• Enter Trans-Canada Highway (Route 1) heading eastbound.
• Take Exit 33 southbound onto Kensington Ave.
• Turn left (eastbound) onto Canada Way.
• Turn first right (southbound) onto Sperling Ave.

From Richmond:

• Take Marine Way to Boundary Road
• Turn (northbound) onto Boundary Road
• Turn Right (Eastbound) on Grandview Highway (12^th Avenue).
• Enter Trans-Canada Highway heading east/south.
• Take Exit 33 southbound onto Kensington Ave.
• Turn left (eastbound) onto Canada Way.
• Turn first right (southbound) onto Sperling Ave

• Go to Metrotown Skytrain Station.
• Take bus #144 - SFU at Bay 6.
• Bus #144 will leave Metrotown, go east on Central Blvd, north on Bonsor, north on Nelson, east on Dover, east on Oakland, east on Burris, west on Canada Way, and south on Sperling.
• Watch for the Deer Lake Wonton Restaurant and Subway by the Esso gas station.
• Exit at the stop just after the bus turns onto Sperling (at the Esso gas station). Your stop is in front of the parking lot to the Burnaby Village Museum.
• Travel time from Metrotown to Sperling Ave is 14 minutes. The bus comes approximately once every 20 minutes.

Deer Lake Boat Rentals is a 5 minute walk southbound on Sperling Ave. Look for signs that say 'Boat Rentals'.
